type gnucash from a terminal and see what errors come out.
if anything like this:
ERROR: In procedure dynamic-link:
ERROR: file: "libgw-guile-standard", message: "libgw-guile-standard.so:
cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory"
then do: yum install g-wrap-devel
that should fix your problem.

gnucash in FC-7-4 starts to open with the flash screen and then disappears.
I have tried to find the log t see what is happening but must be looking in
the wrong place Where should I look and has anyone else had this happen? It
was a fresh install of FC-7-4 but using an existing /home partition.
