What do I need to change?
What is the yum repository settings in /etc/yum.repos.d. Have you
enabled the development repository? If you can't figure it out, you can
download it from http://koji.fedoraproject.org

I haven't changed anything, I'm trying to be a dumb user;-) If I futz
around to make it work, it doesn't help others much. If we can figure
what's wrong, then it might get fixed properly.
Er, why would it be in the development repo? I'm not building software.

That goes to show why I haven't seen any updates these past few days.
