YumUpgrade page fix

I don't have privileges to edit one of the wiki pages, but

needs fixing for Fedora 8.

The URL listed for the section 

"Update the package deciding which yum repositories to use:"

should be:

ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/8/Fedora/<arch>/os/Packages/fedora-release-*.noarch.rpm

Presumably this would need to be listed separately, if it has changed
from the previous releases.
