Enabling SELinux Alert notification

 > setroubleshootd depends on the auditd service; if you don't start 
auditd first it doesn't get any info about selinux denials.

I've upgraded from f7 to f8t3 and also cannot run sealert.
My auditd is fine. Here's the error:
