CBQ support broken in 2.6.22.4-65.fc7 i386? (/sbin/modprobe sch_cbq returns "Key was rejected by service")

Hello,

I updated the ticket as I have the same problem with newever kernel
2.6.22.5-76.fc7 as well.

However so far I do not have any reply - am I doing something wrong here so
I have no response?
