I understand the problem with troubleshooting the proprietary driver.
I was simply asking for anyone's bright idea.

Also, the fact that turboprint does not exhibit an offset when
printing from other applications, including another gtk app (gedit)
makes me suspicious that glabels has at least something to do with the
offset.  Long ago in a previous Fedora release, this situation reared
its head, but at that time all gnome apps had the same offset problem.

I will pursue the issue with the turboprint developers.
