Think of people on dialup, and those with small download limits. And
those with (say) 10 Mbyte mailboxes.
A lot of people would be upset if you did that.
No attachments at all is the best practice. Prune excess quotes, add
what you need. Otherwise, upload somewhere and post a link, or email on
request.
