64 Rawhide install floods network

That won't be fixed until we get another anaconda build.  I recently
checked in a workaround in upstream anconda for starting X without GLX.
This seems to allow X to launch in the anaconda environment where it
previously wouldn't.  I haven't tested all hardware though.
