CFT: Subversion 1.5.x for F9

Hi, Subversion 1.5.1 updates are in F9 updates-testing and could do with 
a good round of testing since this is a minor version update.

I'm particularly interested in getting feedback from anybody using 
Subcommander or any of the other applications which links against the 
SVN libraries.  The bodhi link is here:
