These updated packages include the fix from
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=524485 - adding a support to
authenticate when browsing smb servers. Please make sure you install the
updated nautilus-2.24.2-2.fc10 package
(https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/nautilus-2.24.2-2.fc10) to be able to
correctly open freshly mounted shares. GtkFileChooser patches are not build
yet, but it's not a requirement. There's a possibility to watch debug
messages on a terminal: $ export GVFS_SMB_DEBUG=99 $ /usr/libexec/gvfsd -r
Please specially watch for name resolving errors - it's been reported this is a
regression, although accessing by IP works. It would help us to find the
problem. Fedora 9 packages will follow soon, after receiving some positive
feedback here (need to backport more smb fixes).
