F10: PC clock lacking behind with 20 minutes

Hmm, I thought that's not the case because the PC is rather new but I'll disable 
ntp and leave it running to see what happens. Also note that the clock is not 
progressively drifting behind, it's been somewhat constant in the recent few days.
