It shows up in ftp:

ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/10/Fedora/i386/iso/

I'm guessing that direct requests for the file over http will result 
in a redirect to the ftp version because many web servers and clients 
cannot serve or download files bigger than 4 gig.
