ypserv - 2.19-7.fc8.i386 broken?

After the 1/28 update of ypserv I can't re-install or update the maps in 
/var/yp/(domainname) anymore. I see:

Building /var/yp/prinz/ypservers...
Running /var/yp/Makefile...
make: Nothing to be done for `target'.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? I filed a bug (431008).
