Things are progressing, I did the following:

yum erase beagle
yum erase muine
yum erase frysk

Now, I just have one more hurdle to get through:

/usr/lib/security/classpath.security is needed by
package  java-1.5.0-gcj 

Will keep trying to get past this one.
