Just wanted to point out to everyone this looks like a typo in requires since 
usermode is version 1.94-1 and is available.  So this is why if you're getting 
confused about your update failing with complains about 
system-config-firewall-tui and system-config-firewall (the update fails without 
mentioning usermode at the bottom of the yum output).

You'll need to --exclude=system-config-firewall* not just --skip-broken.
