PulseAudio in updates-testing needs feedback

There is a pulseaudio update in testing that needs attention.  It will not go to 
stable without feedback in bodhi, so anyone running an F8 test box who has 
pulseaudio problems with 0.9.7 should get 0.9.8 and see how it works.
