Latest F-9 updates-testing break keyboard in X ( no xorg.conf )

Running with no xorg.conf

I updated to the latest f9 updates testing
keyboard in X stopped working...

Creating an xorg.conf with keyboard section fixes this issue.

Those of us that are running with no xorg.conf any changes we should be 
aware of..
