Installing the Fedora MagicWand packages does not install
MagickWand-config

I downloaded the ImageMagick sources, configured,
and installed as root.  Now the compile works.

But the program still won't run.
./2splot: error while loading shared libraries: libMagickCore.so.1: 
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
