problem seeing updates-testing for f10

KDE 4.1.3 is available from F10 updates-testing. Try again now, they fixed the
mirrorlists to point to the updates and updates-testing repos instead of Rawhide
for updates.

By the way, it is already queued for stable. (It has been in testing for F9 for a
while.)
