preupdate w/ rpmfusion?

F9 is totally current.  Does preupdate use my yum 3rd party repos?

I'm seeing messages in console e.g.:
 --> Missing Dependency: libgnutls.so.13()(64bit) is needed by package vlc-core-0.9.6-1.fc9.x86_64 (installed)
