F10 beta LiveCD localization

I've downloaded the F10 beta live cd to check all our translation effort 
is OK there, however when choosing my language, all those system-config-* 
etc. are somehow only "semi" translated. I understand that there is 
limited space on CD, however I do not understand why in those applications 
are parts of the dialogs translated and parts remain in english. I'd 
expect that either language is completely missing on CD or its translation 
is complete there...
