How to test Plymouth on Fedora 10 with Intel graphic cards?

Is there any way to enable it to test if it works or not, or would I
need to rebuild the drivers with it enabled? vga=0x318 seems to not give
correct resolution, vga=720 behaves same. No smooth transition to GDM...
