Was the printer definitely powered on and connected when you ran the
troubleshooter? It's suggesting that 'lsusb' didn't show any printer
device connected.
When you run lsusb, you should see output like this:

Take that bus number (002) and device number (003) and do this:
getfacl /dev/bus/usb/002/003
