First try
[root localhost ~]# lsusb
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Unplugged printer and reconnected and I get
[root localhost ~]# lsusb
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 002 Device 055: ID 03f0:0304 Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 810c/812c
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
[root localhost ~]# getfacl /dev/bus/usb/002/055
getfacl: Removing leading '/' from absolute path names
# file: dev/bus/usb/002/055
# owner: root
# group: root
