strange behaviour of kernel 2.6.26.3-29.fc9.i686

Hi there,
I have still problems with this new kernel. If I remove the quiet tag on the boot, the kernel will boot normally and fast, but while booting quiet, booting the kernel will take long time and I found that if I press my laptop power button at that time, kernel will boot almost instantly.

Any ideas?
