what *is* the proper recipe for 64-bit flash support?

  assuming you mean /etc/sysconfig/nspluginwrapper above, if i follow
one of your links here:

  http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=205642

that shows the *removal* of the nspluginwrapper* packages, which would
also take out the sysconfig file above.  so there's no sysconfig file
left to edit, correct?  so no problem.
