Hmmm... didn't see that in the release notes. ;)
I have had NM work with both ethernet and wifi, but pptp
vpn fails with a popup like this:
The VPN connection 'work' failed because the VPN service stopped unexpectedly.
I see a similar closed bug report from a year ago against nm openvpn:

But I'm having the problem with pptp. I see some old Ubuntu reports
that look the same. But for me, the problem is new with f12. f11
works fine with the same setup. So I filed a new bug report:
