QA meetings at 15:00 or 16:00?

Actually, no - the current plan is to hold meetings at 16:00 (UTC) on
Wednesdays, *regardless* of US Daylight Savings Time.

reflect this. 

The "Meeting channel" page should be considered the canonical location
for that info.
