Bill Peck is leading development on the beaker project and anxious for
folks to help out.  You might try subscribing to
beaker-devel lists fedorahosted org and taking a look at
https://fedorahosted.org/beaker. 

Will Woods and Jesse Keating are currently developing tests for the
autoqa project.  A light weight rawhide test harness.
