can some mirrors already have f11 isos that are days old?

Usually mirrors start synching the content for a new release a few
days before it is widely announced to give them some margin to prepare
so many GBs of content. The Fedora 11 release is going to be announced
at 14:00 UTC and the bits were flipped a few hours in advance to
prepare for this.
