OOo Language Setting Missing

OOowriter used to have a setting for checking the spelling in all installed 
languages. I commonly write in numerous languages in one file and the setting 
allowed checking the spelling correctly without flagging the other languages 
as spelling mistakes.

Has this useful and desirable feature been removed from OOo3?
