I have implemented the changes approved at the IRC meeting, to the
best of my understanding.

BugZappers/ActiveTriagers, BugZappers/components, and
BugZappers/Tracking now all redirect to the shiny new, lean and mean:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/Components_and_Triagers

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/FindingBugs has been
updated, and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/Goals has been
recreated with updated content.

Feel free to improve the wiki pages directly if you have any desire to
do so.
