Migrating task tracking from wiki to Trac

It looks like http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/Tasks is dead.  I
asked about this last week, and no one said anything.  If no one
objects, I'm going to turn this into a redirect to
https://fedorahosted.org/triage/ which seems to be its replacement.  

There are some tasks listed for JonStanley, JohnPoelstra, JeffNeedle,
which I assume are complete, unless someone says they need a Trac ticket
opened for them.
