Orphaned packages (and missing culmus-fonts)

Version number of fedora-release-notes seems awry

culmus-fonts is also orphaned in this sense, but it doesn't appear in
the Fedora 11 repository at all.  I assume this is because it's not
ready yet?

There are probably other upgrade problems related to packages I don't
have installed.  Apparently consensus has not yet been reached on how to
repair the script that checks for these errors, or else we would have
seen an automatic report of some kind.
