The kernel.org and hiwaay mirrors are generally pretty up to date.
The kernel.org update seems to miss the previous night's rawhide
pretty regularly so it's usually a day behind.
hiwaay usually has last nights update by midmorning (CST/CDT) unless the
update was relatively large.
A lot of the mirrors seem to sync less often than daily.
