The first question would be if you know _for sure_ before attempting
hacks with ndiswrapper, which have no guarantees to function ever,
that none of already available drivers works for you.

You write there that this is BCM4328 Broadcom hardware. So the next
question is if you blacklisted b44, b43 and b43legacy when you
decided to try ndiswrapper?

If you try iwconfig directly then can you bring this interface up?
Did you check what dmesg has to say about this?
