SEAlert seems to need pakagekit

I don't know enough about python to know if I am right but 
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/setroubleshoot/browser.py imports 
packagekit.frontend but never seems to use it. I will remove the 
offending line and see what happens. It can't be any worse than it is now.
