Final deadline for translations

Hello,
Looking at the release schedule,
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Core/Schedule it is not
clear to me whether the deadline for translations is
July 19th or August 23rd. Sorry for the ignorance. Can
somebody throw some light on this?
