This is done with `cvs tag -F LIVE <file>`, after one checks it for
correctness with `msgfmt -c`.

Anyone can do it for stuff under `po/`, but for any other file, someone
with a locally installed copy of the website should test it first and
then give the green light. #fedora-l10n is a good place to ask for
someone to do this.

  intltool-update zh_CN

or

  mv zh_CN.po zh_CN.old.po
  msgmerge zh_CN.old.po damned-lies.pot > zh_CN.po
