I have an active account already working with i18n.redhat.com, but after this move i am not able to checkout the mentioned modules...

Once you have requested the group 'cvsl10n', one of us will sponsor you
and you can start translating (again) shortly after.

  

There is no documentation on how to checkout these moved modules...

Most details are in the fedora-trans-list archives; this migration has
been ongoing over the last few months.  Sorry for any confusion.  I
think all of what you need is found at the URLs above.
