Afeter having thought about it or a while, I'm not sure having a web UI
to translate po file is a very good idea. It is much more difficult to
handle and we will loose features from kbabel for example. 


It depends on what you would like to put in it, but a Rosetta-like apps
is not that welcome I think :(
