The website itself is localizable. Based on your browser's "preferred
languages", it should appear in your own language. :-)

Since there have been a lot of string changes lately, the PO files need some
updating. Currently the following translations exist:

ar
ca
en_GB
es
fr
dz
ka
mk
ru
sr
sv

Once we standardize somewhat on the strings, we can put up the PO files for
localization. Soonish. :)
