Hi all,
Tools like sloc[1] by Wheeler can count the lines of source code, then
by using the COCOMO[2] model, it canculate the effort of coding in
man-month metric.
I don't know if there is any tool, or method that allows me to
estimate the effort of translation, for example, it takes 08 hours to
translate 1000 words...
