i18n access

In the past days I applied for i18n account to start with the translation 
of some strings, today I tried to follow the given instructions I 
recieved with registration confirmation email and from
https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-trans-list/2003-December/msg00001.html

However this is what I recieve:

alias rhcvs='export CVSROOT=:ext:covex i18n redhat com:/usr/local/CVS; 
export CVS_RSH=ssh'
$ rhcvs
$ cvs -z9 co translate

cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if 
any)

What am I doing wrong?
