rhpxl and system-config-display have moved

rhpxl and system-config-display have been moved to:

git+ssh://git.fedoraproject.org/git/hosted/rhpxl.git
git+ssh://git.fedoraproject.org/git/hosted/system-config-display.git

There haven't been any string changes to either one yet, but the list on
translate.fp.o should be updated.  Eventually I want to move all the
user strings from rhpxl to s-c-d, although that may not be feasible.
