cvs connection error.

Hi folks,

I was trying to connect fedora translation cvs using http://docs.fedoraproject.org/translation-windows/s1-setup.html method, but when i tried to connect CVS server i am getting connection error "cvs checkout: warning: unrecognized response `Unable to open connection:' from cvs server"

any idea?
