Problem submitting new translations

I have tried to submit a new translation for a couple of days now, but
when I come to https://translate.fedoraproject.org/submit/module/ I
always get a "Service Temporarily Unavailable".  It does not seem to
be THAT temporary.

Is it a known problem?  Maybe related to the other problems discussed
here?  Or is it just me, maybe?
