"Administrators": can sponsor the applicant to become 'user', upgrade 
'user' to become 'sponsor' and upgrade 'sponsor' to become 'administrator'.

"Sponsor": can sponsor the applicant to become 'user'.

This is what I found now :-)

I have modified the section to point the page created.
