elvis CVS guru help needed for file renaming

Hi,

We have to switch the name of one of our locales from sr Latn to
sr latin to match glibc and I have managed to do it for a large number
of modules on elvis, but there are still quite a few that won't budge.

Chester Cheng tried to do it for us as requested in [1] but with no success.

Are there any other CVS gurus lurking on this list? I remember Bill
Nottingham helped solve some CVS issues before...

Please, we'd really love to have this over with for F9.
