Description of problem:
When I try to enter a bug for italian locale, the entry "italian" doesn't appear in the component list for the product "Fedora Localization".
It should appear accordingly to the cvs.fedoraproject.org/owners/owners.list file.

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
Try to open a bug for Italian locale.

Actual Results:
The user must choose "other language" entry

Expected Results:
The user that want to send a bug, can choose the italian language
